Video
The Video block adds video playback to any creative. It can be placed in both Banner and Expandable creatives as either the primary content or as part of a conversational flow.
Two modes
Full-creative video
When the Video block is the only component in the Flow, it fills the entire creative container. This creates a pure video ad experience.
In-flow video
When combined with other flow components (text, choices, etc.), the Video block appears as a rich component within the conversation. The video plays at a specific point in the flow and the conversation continues after or alongside it.
Video settings
Configured in the Visuals tab under the Video block:

| Autoplay | Start playing automatically when the creative loads |
| Pause behavior | Pause after N seconds, pause after N loops, or pause when the creative scrolls out of view |
| Streaming | Enable video streaming (HLS) |
| Layout mode | Scale (maintain aspect ratio), Preserve (contain within block bounds), or Stretch (fill container) |
Video in a banner
- Video starts playing automatically (muted, per browser autoplay policies)
- Pauses automatically when the banner scrolls out of view
- Resumes when the banner is back in view (unless manually paused by the user)
Video in an expandable
- Video starts playing automatically when the creative is expanded
- Pauses when the creative is collapsed or closed
- Resumes on re-expansion
Video delivery
For video-focused campaigns, two delivery standards are available in the Delivery tab:

| VAST | Video Ad Serving Template (v4.3). Generates an XML document with linear media files (MP4 and HLS), tracking events, and companion ads. |
| VPAID | Video Player-Ad Interface Definition. Generates a VAST 3.0 wrapper referencing a VPAID JavaScript player with configurable duration and skip behavior. |

WARNING
VAST and VPAID are mutually exclusive — enabling one disables the other.
