Mobile
Cavai creatives automatically adapt to mobile devices. There is no separate "mobile" creative type — instead, both Banner and Expandable creatives respond to screen size.
Mobile-optimized banner sizes
Several banner presets are designed for mobile placements:

Expandable on mobile
Expandable creatives adapt their layout on small screens:
- The collapsed state (bubble, avatar, or floor) positions at the bottom of the viewport
- The expanded state fills the available screen area
- Close button and tagline positioning adjust for touch ergonomics
- The tagline and icon use mobile-appropriate sizing
Responsive content
Content blocks within creatives respond to available space:
- Slider — adjusts slide width and spacing for mobile viewports
- Video — scales to fit the creative container
- Conversation — text and choice buttons adapt to narrower widths
Multi-format for mobile
Use multi-format creatives to create both desktop and mobile sizes from a single creative. For example, a master creative with 970x250 (desktop) and 320x250 (mobile) children shares the same content with per-format layout overrides.
TIP
The Fullscreen banner format is particularly effective for mobile, as it adapts to any device screen size automatically.
