Formats
Cavai Cloud creatives are built from two creative types, each supporting specific format variants. On top of this, content blocks (Slider, Video, Form) can be placed inside any creative type.
Creative types
| Type | Description |

| Banner | A fixed-size ad unit. Supports standard IAB sizes, custom dimensions, and fullscreen. Content scrolls vertically within the banner. |
| Expandable | A creative that starts collapsed (as a bubble, avatar, or floor element) and expands on interaction. Designed for conversational experiences. |
The creative type is selected when creating a new creative in the Creative Wizard.
Format variants
Banner supports:
- 14 preset sizes (e.g. 300x250, 970x250, 980x600)
- Custom dimensions
- Fullscreen
Expandable supports three collapsed-state formats:
- Bubble — a chat-bubble icon at the bottom of the page
- Avatar — a profile/avatar icon
- Floor — a footer/floor element

Content blocks
These are placed inside any creative via the Visuals tab or Flow:
- Slider / Carousel — a product carousel from a data feed or manual slides
- Video — video playback with autoplay, streaming, and pause behavior
- Form & Payment — input forms and payment integration
Multi-format creatives
A single creative can have multiple child creatives — format variants that share the same content but target different sizes. This is managed from the Builder.
